“I refuse to go back in the closet of fear”

I refuse to go back in the closet of fear that I hid in for so many years. I refuse to allow trans-children to go through the hardships I went through. I am a business woman, a designer, an activist, an Aunt, a Nina and so much more than what my gender defines me as. I am a normal person that loves my island and deserves to be here. I hope sharing my story sheds some light on trans-issues and convinces you to join in our stand for equal trans-rights.
